**Responsibilities for a Workers' Compensation Claims Examiner include but are not limited to:**
+ Analyze mid- to higher-level workers' compensation claims to determine benefits due.
+ Ensure ongoing adjudication of claims within company standards and industry best practices.
+ Develop and manage claims action plans to resolution, coordinating return-to-work efforts.
+ Identify subrogation of claims and negotiate settlements.
**Candidates for Workers' Compensation Claims Examiner must meet the following requirements to be considered:**
+ Minimum 3+ years as an indemnity examiner handling CA Workers' Compensation claims.
+ Must be located in California (remote in CA).
+ Working knowledge of regulations, offsets, deductions, and medical management practices.
+ Excellent oral and written communication, including presentation skills.

**Pay Details:** $46.42 per hour
