Job Description

Education and Experience required Masters degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing engineering, or a related engineering field and 5 years of experience in a supplier quality engineering role. Background Supplier Auditor certification from AIAG or ASQ. 5 years of experience in Battery Pack, Module, Thermal and cooling systems and Wire harness, Adhesives product development and manufacturing process. 5 years of experience leading and implementing QMS, and developing and implementing Supplier Quality Management processes, standards and metrics. 5 years of experience in APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA, and Problem Solving (8D RCA, Fish Bone, 5why) methodology. 5 years of experience in Supplier initial and process audits, supplier selection, supplier development and performance management. 5 years of experience in GD&T, Dfm/Dfx, QMS (ISO9001, IATF16949), Change & Risk Management, Lean Manufacturing, Continuous improvement, Six Sigma, DOE, and Process Capability Studies.
