What You'll Do:

• Business Intelligence & Analytics: Design and deliver advanced dashboards, visualizations, and reports using tools like Amazon QuickSight, Power BI, and Tableau, enabling stakeholders to make data-driven decisions.
• Data Modeling & Optimization: Develop and optimize data workflows and models within Amazon Redshift to transform legacy systems into scalable, modern solutions.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and translate them into tailored BI solutions that align with organizational goals.
• Data Integration & Preparation: Connect cloud data warehouses and prepare data sets to support comprehensive analysis and reporting.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure the accuracy, reliability, and scalability of BI deliverables through rigorous testing and adherence to data quality standards.
• Leadership Opportunity: Mentor and support junior team members, fostering a culture of knowledge-sharing and continuous improvement.

What We’re Looking For:

• Demonstrated expertise in business intelligence tools, with hands-on experience in Amazon QuickSight, Power BI, and/or Tableau.
• Proficiency in SQL and data modeling for large-scale data projects.
• Familiarity with Amazon Redshift and ETL processes to support BI initiatives.
• Knowledge of Cognos Analytics is a significant plus.
• Strong understanding of data warehousing and data preparation workflows.
• Previous experience in financial services or consulting is highly desirable.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, client-facing environment.
