Are you an experienced Salesforce Administrator with expertise in Litify? Join Trust Guss Injury Lawyers, a fast-growing, dynamic legal firm, and play a pivotal role in optimizing our Salesforce & Litify platform to enhance efficiency and streamline operations.
As a Salesforce Litify Administrator, you will manage the firm's Salesforce & Litify environment, ensuring seamless user experience and platform optimization. You will oversee user and license administration, handle escalated support tickets, develop and maintain dashboards, create automation workflows (Flows & Process Builder), and provide training and documentation. Your role will also involve gathering requirements, implementing best practices, and working closely with stakeholders to drive adoption and efficiency.
Responsibilities:
System Administration:
• Manage and maintain day-to-day operations of the Litify platform.
• Perform user management, including onboarding/offboarding, permissions, roles, and profiles.
• Configure Salesforce & Litify, including Workflows, Process Builder, Flows, custom objects, page layouts, record types, dashboards, and reports.
• Ensure data integrity, conduct regular audits, and manage data migrations or imports.
• Oversee user and license management, including onboarding/offboarding, roles, profiles, and permissions.
Process Improvement: • Gather requirements from stakeholders and propose technical solutions to improve workflows and processes.
• Collaborate with legal and operations teams to streamline workflows and case management processes.
• Customize dashboards and reports to track KPIs, caseloads, and firm productivity.
• Implement automation using Flow, Process Builder, or third-party tools.
Support & Training: • Provide daily support and troubleshooting for users.
• Manage and resolve user support tickets, providing technical assistance as needed.
• Conduct regular training sessions and create documentation to promote platform adoption.
• Act as a liaison with Litify support and Salesforce when escalations are needed.
• Support and integrate Salesforce apps (e.g., phone systems).
• Application integration and development:
• Plan and conduct integrations of new third party platforms and Salesforce modules and “add ons” into the Litify environment.
• Monitor user adoption and provide training to enhance system proficiency.
• Develop and maintain training materials and technical documentation.
Security & Compliance: • Maintain data security policies, user access, and regulatory compliance (e.g., HIPAA, legal ethics requirements).
Qualifications:
• 2+ years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience, ideally with Sales Cloud and Litify.
• Salesforce Administrator Certification required; Litify certification a plus.
• Trailhead Badges/Super Badges demonstrating expertise in Salesforce administration.
• A strong understanding of legal workflows, case management, and law firm operations is highly desirable.
• Proficiency with Salesforce data management and reporting.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce sharing and security (roles, profiles, permissions, OWD, sharing rules).
• Experience in workflow automation, including Process Builder, Flows, and Data Loader.
• Experience with legal tech tools like Docrio, Zoom, RingCentral, and PandaDoc, etc. is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of API integrations and third-party app management.
• Background in a high-volume personal injury practice is highly preferred.
• Proactive mindset for continuous platform improvement and best practices.
• Ability to troubleshoot, analyze complex issues, and implement scalable solutions.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience with Metadata, Apex Class, and Triggers is a plus.
