The Role:
We are seeking a Maître d’ to lead our front door and guest relations with confidence, poise, and charisma. This role is central to creating a seamless, elevated dining journey from the first welcome to the final farewell.
As the Maître d’, you will:
Be the face of Quince, warmly welcoming guests and ensuring personalized, gracious experiences.
Oversee reservations, confirmations, and guest communications with professionalism and efficiency.
Manage the host team, ensuring precision in seating and flow of service.
Coordinate with management, captains, and the culinary team to anticipate needs and exceed expectations.
Cultivate strong guest relationships, remembering preferences and celebrating milestones.
Maintain a polished, stylish presence that reflects Quince’s refined yet approachable spirit.
Who You Are:
A charismatic and confident hospitality professional with prior fine dining experience in guest-facing leadership roles.
Skilled in guest relations, communication, and conflict resolution, with an ability to remain calm and gracious under pressure.
Tech-savvy with reservation and guest management systems (Resy, SevenRooms, or similar).
Impeccably presented, with a sense of style, discretion, and professionalism.
Passionate about hospitality and creating memorable experiences.
