The Role:
We are seeking a Maître d’ to lead our front door and guest relations with confidence, poise, and charisma. This role is central to creating a seamless, elevated dining journey from the first welcome to the final farewell.

As the Maître d’, you will:

  • Be the face of Quince, warmly welcoming guests and ensuring personalized, gracious experiences.
  • Oversee reservations, confirmations, and guest communications with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Manage the host team, ensuring precision in seating and flow of service.
  • Coordinate with management, captains, and the culinary team to anticipate needs and exceed expectations.
  • Cultivate strong guest relationships, remembering preferences and celebrating milestones.
  • Maintain a polished, stylish presence that reflects Quince’s refined yet approachable spirit.
Who You Are:
  • A charismatic and confident hospitality professional with prior fine dining experience in guest-facing leadership roles.
  • Skilled in guest relations, communication, and conflict resolution, with an ability to remain calm and gracious under pressure.
  • Tech-savvy with reservation and guest management systems (Resy, SevenRooms, or similar).
  • Impeccably presented, with a sense of style, discretion, and professionalism.
  • Passionate about hospitality and creating memorable experiences.
