**Responsibilities:**
+ 5 X 8'S HIGHLY PREFERRED CRITERIA: "1 year of TESLA
+ Solar Battery experience is Highly Preferred (Installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of Powerwall/Powerpack/Powerhub systems.)"
+ In order to be considered a highly Preferred Applicant, the highly Preferred Criteria
+ MUST be listed on your resume.
+ Collaborating with Project Managers and Master Electricians on installs and timelines
+ Reading blueprints, running conduit, pulling wire
+ Installing full commercial scale ground-mounted solar systems
+ Following instructions and direction from Master Electricians, and mentoring lower level electricians and installers
+ Ensuring code compliance, safety, and high-quality electrical work every time
**Qualifications:**
+ Possess a Journeyman Electrician License for the state of Arkansas
+ Have at least 10 years' experience as a Commercial Electrician
+ Ability to bend, run, and strap conduit Proficient with electrical processes & codes
+ Competent with reading blueprints, drawings, & diagrams
+ Ability to stand, bend, kneel and walk for extended periods throughout the day, indoors or outdoors
+ Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation
+ Have tools of the electrical trade and ability to bring them to work daily
+ Be able to complete / pas pre-employment screenings, such as a background check and drug screen
+ Be eligible to work in the United States
