Scope
We are seeking a skilled Senior IICS Developer with extensive experience in data integration, transformation, and management using Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS). This role will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing data pipelines, ensuring data quality, and supporting the overall data strategy of the organization. The Senior IICS Developer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-performance data solutions that align with business goals.



Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for designing, building, and testing business application to application data transfer / Data Integration processes using Informatica that includes various acquisition integration
• Responsible for meeting with source System experts to identify the appropriate sources, conduct detailed Source system analysis and processes to create a detailed data analysis report and Gaps analysis
• Responsible for meeting with Target System experts to identify the appropriate targets, conduct detailed Target system analysis and process to create a detailed data analysis report and Gaps analysis
• Responsible for Data validation, process tuning and automation of interface / data transfer processes
• Responsible for design, develop and test application interfaces using various application connectors between B2B applications.
• Responsible for design data warehouse ETL processes using IICS
• Responsible for Creating detailed ETL specifications for the development team in offshore
• Responsible for Data validation, process tuning and automation of data warehouse ETL processes
• Responsible for working with offsite and offshore team members and managing their deliverables
• Provide help in resolving issues identified by the business team
• Evaluates the existing landscape and underlying data layers to provide architectural recommendations to meet business requirements.
• Leads, mentors, and supervises all Business Intelligence, Analytics Application development staff.

Essential Knowledge and Skills:

• Ability to design, develop and implement complex data warehouse and business Intelligence solutions using Informatica, Power BI and Tableau are required
• Experience in sourcing data using application delivered APIs. Understanding of API behavior, security, paging etc. is required
• Strong background in SAP Data Integration projects.
• Strong background in Data Integration design, develop and implement complex solutions using Informatica is required
• Strong practical knowledge of traditional and agile SDLC methodologies required
• Expertise in designing, implementing, managing, and tuning very large databases in SQL Server is required
• Excellent communication and client handling skills and ready to work in offshore-onsite model
• Ability to operate calmly in a high-pressure environment
