As a **Fleet Maintenance Supervisor** , you'll lead a team of skilled mechanics and technicians to ensure our fleet is safe, compliant, and operating at peak performance. You'll play a key role in training, scheduling, budgeting, and maintaining high standards of service and safety. **Key Responsibilities** + Champion and enforce our **corporate safety program** . + Supervise, train, and support mechanics and PM technicians. + Schedule and assign daily maintenance tasks and repairs. + Oversee **fleet compliance** with DOT and other regulatory standards. + Manage **inventory control** , parts procurement, and vendor relationships. + Coordinate **external repairs** and test vehicles for quality assurance. + Assist with **budgeting and financial forecasting** for the maintenance department. + Ensure department operations remain **within budget** and aligned with company goals. **What You Bring** + **3+ years** of hands-on experience in truck, light, or heavy equipment maintenance (waste industry experience a plus). + Strong knowledge of **air brake, hydraulic, and electrical systems** . + Proven ability to **lead, train, and motivate** a team. + Solid understanding of **DOT compliance** and safety regulations. + Excellent **organizational, analytical, and communication** skills. + High School Diploma or equivalent required. + Willingness to **relocate within 12 months** . **Ready to Drive Your Career Forward?** Join a company where your leadership makes a difference every day.
