Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Finance Manager to join our team in the retail industry, located in Whittier, California. As the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for leading financial planning and analysis for the Latin Americas division of our organization. This role requires extensive experience in accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. Responsibilities: - Oversee financial planning and analysis deliverables, ensuring they align with company objectives. - Support the preparation and execution of annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-term financial plans. - Drive the development and implementation of OneStream reporting systems focused on advanced analytics and dashboard tools. - Conduct in-depth financial analyses, identify variances, and provide actionable insights to operational and executive teams. - Offer high-level accounting guidance and support to internal stakeholders, promoting adherence to financial best practices and group policies. - Collaborate with accounting teams to align processes and reporting mechanisms with corporate standards. - Establish efficient systems to effectively support internal and external audits. - Build strong, collaborative relationships with operations, acting as a strategic partner in making informed financial decisions. - Serve as a key point of contact for financial communication with upper-level management. Requirements - Proven experience of over 10 years in a finance managerial role, preferably within the retail industry - Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems, with a particular focus on 3M - Familiarity with ADP - Financial Services for efficient financial management - Experience with Concur for travel and expense management - Demonstrated expertise in managing CRM systems to maintain customer relations - Comprehensive knowledge of accounting functions including accounts payable (AP) - Track record of developing and managing an annual budget - Extensive experience in auditing and ensuring financial compliance - Familiarity with budget processes and the ability to streamline them for efficiency Robert Half is the world's first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
