Job Description

LaSalle Network is seeking a Curriculum & Instructional Designer  to join a dynamic SaaS company here in Chicago. This is a temporary position with the potential for long-term growth, offering an exciting opportunity to contribute to content creation and instructional design within a collaborative environment.

Curriculum & Instructional Designer Responsibilities:

• Create high-quality videos, training documentation, articles, and materials to support internal and external audiences
• Develop content in various formats, including PDFs, Word documents, and materials for platforms like Zendesk
• Collaborate with technical writing and product teams to ensure content aligns with organizational goals and user needs
• Focus on content creation (70%) and technical writing (30%) to produce accurate, engaging, and user-friendly materials
• Be open to focusing more on design elements while learning technical writing and content development processes

Curriculum & Instructional Designer Requirements:

• Proven experience in content creation and media development, with familiarity working in technical environments or with content creation tools
• Ability to work independently and thrive in a dynamic environment without requiring extensive oversight
• Basic understanding of content development processes and an eagerness to learn new tools and techniques
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Candidates located near Chicago, with the ability to visit the office 1-2 days per week is highly desired.

This is a 10-12 month contract, full-time hours, and fully remote. 
Preference is for a candidate to live in ET or CT time zones.
This position pays $17/hr – $20/hr depending on experience.
