We’re looking for a strategic and seasoned Chief Operating Officer (COO) to help scale and streamline a fast-growing creative and tech-driven agency. The COO will act as the operational counterpart to the CEO, taking full ownership of internal processes, team efficiency, and business performance across departments. This role is 100% internal —and requires flawless English, strong leadership, and a proven background in corporate operations and high-growth environments.

💼 Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring fluid communication between departments (project management, design, dev, sales, finance)
• Collaborate closely with the Head of Project Management to improve delivery pipelines and internal systems
• Supervise in-house accounting and own budgeting, financial planning, and cost control processes
• Analyze KPIs and identify areas to increase efficiency, reduce churn, and improve employee retention
• Support Sales, BD, and Account teams by identifying patterns across top-performing clients
• Standardize processes and eliminate bottlenecks during onboarding and delivery
• Handle escalations when client dissatisfaction arises, without managing clients directly
• Foster long-term business growth through systems, talent development, and leadership alignment

💡 Qualifications

✅ Must-Have

• 7+ years of experience in operations leadership roles
• Excellent written and spoken English (native level)
• Hands on experience using Jira
• Familiarity with tools such as WordPress or Shopify
• Background in medium to large businesses, in tech, digital, or creative industries
  
• Strong organizational and strategic thinking skills
• Comfortable working in a demanding and fast-paced environment
• Ability to lead multiple departments and resolve operational challenges cross-functionally
• Experience working with or overseeing remote teams

➕ Nice-to-Have

• Experience in B2B creative services or tech product environments
• Past roles working alongside founders or CEOs in scaling environments
