Job Description

Acara Solutions is seeking a Accounts Payable Analyst for a nationwide commercial real-estate development company located in Buffalo NY!

✔️ Pay Rate for this position is up to $26/hour depending on experience 

✔️ 100% onsite, Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM 

• Responsible for making payments to vendors. 
• Work closely with management in the review and approval of invoices received, to include appropriate coding of invoices. 
• Perform research of vendor bills and respond to vendor questions by phone and email. 
• Perform data entry, voucher preparation and review of invoices received. 

Job Requirements

Required Skills / Qualifications:

• HS Diploma 
• Minimum 3 years of Accounts Payable experience 

Preferred Skills / Qualifications:

• Construction or Property Management industry experience highly preferred 
• MRI and/or Nexus software experience preferred 
• General Ledger allocation experience preferred
